About Sevalus

Sevalus is a Veteran Owned Small Business leader in multi-site assessment, A&E, and construction program management.

 

We are a professional services firm with expertise in FF&E services for healthcare facilities, focused on providing facility assessments to help gain greater visibility and insight into facility conditions for capital improvement, repair and maintenance programs.


Our entrepreneurial approach enables healthcare and government clients to more efficiently assess, plan and execute multi-site capital and equipment programs, thanks to an agile, modular methodology that has been proven across hundreds of sites with the world’s most iconic brands and organizations.

LEADERSHIP

Brian Mallady

Brian oversees medical equipment and transition planning services for Sevalus. He brings 26 years of active duty service in the United States Navy, including Program Director at the Pentagon to Chief Logistical Officer aboard the USS KITTY HAWK to Navy Captain with US Central Command, where he provided contracting policy and guidance for military, civilian, and contractor personnel. 

James A. Evans

A seasoned entrepreneur and passionate team builder and leader, Jim leads our nationwide multi-site program management team applying our non-negotiable core values of Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence, and Charity. Jim is a client advocate and team mentor who ensures our team delivers outstanding results for clients.

Steve Kuhn

Steve oversees processes, systems, and construction management within the healthcare, hospitality and housing sectors. He brings expertise leading preconstruction and operations teams for national construction and program management firms, with proven experience in government, education, and healthcare.

Eric Burk 

Eric brings more than 25 years of construction experience and $4.3 billion in project completions involving multiple disciplines, including P3, IPD, and design-build delivery methods. He ensures seamless project start up and execution by providing real-time construction cost model updates for clients while implementing LEAN Principles.  

George Geczy, III

George brings more than 30 years of military leadership, extensive strategic planning and operations experience, retiring from the U.S. Army as a Colonel. He has program and construction management success with the licensed and accredited cardiac and vascular diagnostic and outpatient treatment facilities in Texas.
